Мікробіологічний вміст пародонтальних кишень у дітей з особливими потребами

Abstract

Мета: вивчення видового складу мікрофлори пародонтальних кишень у дітей з особливими потребами та їх вплив на перебіг генералізованого пародонтиту. Матеріали та методи дослідження. Проведено мікробіологічне дослідження вмісту пародонтальних кишень у дітей з особливими потребами віком від 12 до 18-ти років. Результати. Установлено, що в дітей з обмеженими можливостями віком від 12 до 18-ти років кількість мікроорганізмів, виділених із вмісту пародонтальних кишень, значно вище, ніж у групі порівняння. Висновки. З’ясовано, що вміст пародонтальних кишень у дітей з особливим потребами віком від 12 до 18-ти років переважно представлений мікрофлорою, яка викликає деструктивні процеси у тканинах пародонту. Purpose: study of the species composition of the microflora of periodontal pockets in children with special needs and their influence on the course of generalized periodontitis. The materials and methods of research. Conducted microbiological examination of the contents of periodontal pockets in children with special needs aged 12 to 18 years. Results. It was found that children with disabilities aged 12 to 18 years, the number of microorganisms isolated from the contents of periodontal pockets is significantly higher than in the comparison group. Conclusions. It was found that the contents of periodontal pockets in children with special needs aged 12 to 18 years mainly represented by the microflora, which causes destructive processes in periodontal tissues.
