Abstract

Представлен редкий клинический случай успешного применения закрытого метода хирургического лечения постиньекционного абсцесса ягодичной области, осложнённого септическим шоком и сопутствующей патологией (сахарный диабет, силикоз лёгких, ожирение) в объёме вскрытия абсцесса, санации, сквозного дренирования полихлорвиниловым дренажом через контраппертуры и первичным швом раны с последующей перманентной санацией полости абсцесса.
