Функції професійно-ціннісних орієнтацій майбутніх юристів

Abstract

Аналіз застосовуваного теоретичного науково-методичного апарату виявив, що існуючі в педагогіці підходи заклали теоретичні основи для розгляду професійно-ціннісних орієнтацій особистості як системи, яка мотивує та регулює діяльність людини. Дослідження особливостей юридичної професії з аксіологічних позицій показала, що професійно-ціннісні орієнтації майбутнього юриста включають у себе як загально-людські, так і професійні цінності, пов’язані з утриманням юридичної професії, її змістом, спрямованістю та метою. У статті розглянуто функції, які виконують професійні ціннісні орієнтації в психологічній системі особистості юриста. Через функції виявляється сутність, принципова відмінність одного явища від іншого, його диференційні ознаки. Вчені визнають функції ціннісних орієнтацій особистості залежно від предмета свого дослідження або його мети. На підставі аналізу теоретичних джерел як основні функції професійно-ціннісних орієнтацій, необхідних для становлення фахівця-юриста, виділено такі: нормативну, регулятивну, професійно-діяльнісну та комунікативну. Кожна з них посідає особливе місце в процесі юридичної освіти. The analysis of theoretical scientific and methodological apparatus revealed that the existing approaches in pedagogics laid the theoretical basis for the consideration of professional and valuable orientations of the person as a system of motivating and controlling human activities. Investigation of the features of the legal profession from the axiological point showed that professional and valuable orientations of the future lawyer include both universal and professional values associated with the content of the legal profession, its meaning, direction and purpose. The functions that perform professional value orientations in the psychological system of the personality of the lawyer are described in the article. Through functions the essence, the fundamental difference between one phenomenon from another, its distinctive features are manifested. Scientists determine functions of valuable orientations of the person depending on the subject of his research or his purpose. Based on the analysis of theoretical sources as the main functions of professional and valuable orientations required for the formation of future lawyers, we have identified normative, regulative, professional-active and communicative functions in our research. Each of them has a special place in the process of the legal education.
