Современные вопросы диагностики и терапии дерматомикозов

Abstract

In Ukraine the number of dermatomycoses diseases is getting increased, that is connected with the deterioration of social, economic and ecological conditions. The dermatomycoses pathogeny is complex enough and connected with the endogenic and exogenic factors. Diagnostics of dermatomycoses consists of bacterioscopical, mycological tests. Special conditions are necessary for diagnostics of the mould mycoses, because moulds are saprophytes and are not capable to cause the onychomycoses independently owing to the ceratolic enzymes absence, though at the nail crops they are frequentiy enlarged on different media. More often they can cause pneumomycoses and quite seldom – onychomycoses. Terbinafin (Lamisil) is the first preparation to chose to treat the onychomycoses and is most effective and economic one, in comparison with Orungal (itraconasol); and according to our facts and the results of LION (European researches) it would not cause any complications.
