Соціально-гігієнічний моніторинг здоров’я дітей в аспекті оцінки радіаційного ризику через радон-222

Abstract

Стаття присвячена проблемі соціально-гігієнічного моніторингу здоров’я дітей. Проаналізовано рівні ЕРОА радону-222 на території Запорізької області, виявлено закономірності формування дозового навантаження дітей через радон-222 в дошкільних навчальних закладах і житлових приміщеннях, оцінено відповідні радіаційні ризики від опромінення. Встановлено, що найбільш актуальним для соціально-гігієнічного моніторингу дитячого населення є системний підхід, що включає вивчення здоров’я і середовища проживання з позиції «здоров’я — навколишнє середовище». The article considers the problem of the socially-hygienical monitoring of children health. The levels of radon-222 activity on the territory of Zaporizhzhya area have analyzed, patterns of forming the radiation dose on children due to radon-222 in preschool educational institutions and housing facilities detected, estimated the corresponding risks from radiation. It has determined that most actual for the socially-hygienical monitoring of child's population is the methodical approach, that includes the study of health and living environment from a position of «health–environment».
