Дитячий травматизм - одна з найважливіших проблем громадського здоров’я

Abstract

Мета дослідження: розробка та впровадження моделі удосконалення профілактики випадків травматизму у підлітків. Матеріали та методи. Відповідно до поставлених задач та для досягнення мети дослідження використано комплекс загально наукових і спеціальних методів, взаємопов’язаних та послідовно застосованих у ході дослідження: системний аналіз бібліосемантичний, статистичний. Результати та обговорення. З метою вивчення травматизму серед дитячого населення Запорізької області проведено аналіз різних видів травматизму серед підлітків в Україні та на регіональному рівні. Вивчені основні види травм, їх розповсюдженість серед різних вікових груп в порівнянні з показниками в різних регіонах України. Проведено аналіз основних досліджень з питань профілактики підліткового травматизму в Україні та країнах світу. Висновки. Травматизм серед дитячого населення – це проблема національної безпеки країни. Водночас це проблема вибору поведінки, проблема способу та якості життя, якості життєдіяльності населення. Є підстави вважати, що сформований в Україні «консервативний» режим дитячого травматизму є проявом соціальної незрілості, неготовності суспільства до засвоєння сучасної культури життєзберігаючої поведінки і ці проблеми можливо запобігти. The purpose of the study: development and implementation of a model improvement the prevention of traumatic in adolescents. Materials and methods. In accordance with the set tasks and in order to achieve the purpose of the study, a complex of general scientific and special methods, interrelated and consistently applied in the course of the study, was used: systemic analysis of the bibliosemantic, statistical. Results and discussion. In order to study the traumatism among the children of Zaporozhye region, an analysis of various types of traumatism among adolescents in Ukraine and at the regional level was conducted. The main types of injuries, their prevalence among different age groups in comparison with the indicators in different regions of Ukraine were studied. The analysis of the basic researches on of prevention of teenage traumatism in Ukraine and the countries of the world have been carried out. Conclusions Traumatism among the children’s population is a problem of national security of the country. At the same time, it is the problem of choice of behavior, method problem and quality of life, the quality of life of the population. There is reason to believe that formed in Ukraine "conservative" the regime of child injuries is a manifestation of social immaturity, unpreparedness of the society to assimilate the modern culture of life-saving behavior and these problems can be prevented.
