Сучаснi аспекти надання медичної допомоги хворим з iнсультами

Abstract

Інсульт є однією з основних медико- соціальних проблем, оскільки посідає друге місце серед причин смертності і перше серед стійко втрати працездатності в усіх кра - нах світу та в Укра ні. У роботі розглянуто організацію надання медично допомоги хворим з інсультами в областях Укра ни та визначено, що ефективною є етапна модель надання допомоги при інсульті, яка включає термінове транспортування хворого в спеціалізоване інсультне відділення, або у разі потреби - в інсуль- тний центр, проведення діагностики та лікування згідно із затвердженими протоколами з наступним переведенням до відділення нейрореабілітаці. Stroke is one of the basic medical- social problems as it takes the second place among t he reasons of death rate and the first - among the reasons of disability worldwide and in Ukraine. In the work it is considered the organisation of rendering assistance in patients with strokes in regions of Ukraine, and it is established that effective is the stage care rendering assistance model at a stroke which provides urgent transportation of the patient with a stroke in a specialised stroke unit, diagnostics and treatment carrying out according to the confirmed reports with the subsequent transfer in neurorehabilitation department.
