Abstract

У статті описані ефективні методи дистанційного навчання в закладах вищої освіти України в умовах пандемії та воєнного стану, методи і шляхи підтримки й розвитку українського освітнього процесу міжнародними консорціумами. Актуальність дослідження полягає у необхідності стрімких змін навчального процесу, повʼязаних зі зміною умов викладання і навчання під час війни в Україні. Охарактеризовано моделі дистанційного навчання, докладно описаний процес кластеризації і створення міжнародних консорціумів, що є ефективним способом розвитку і підтримки освітнього українського простору. The article describes effective methods of distance learning in higher education institutions of Ukraine in the context of a pandemic and martial law, methods and ways to support and develop the Ukrainian educational process by international consortia. The relevance of the study lies in the need for rapid changes in the educational process due to the changing conditions of teaching and learning during the war in Ukraine. The article describes the models of distance learning, the process of clustering and the creation of international consortia, which is an effective way to develop and support the Ukrainian educational space. This study considers a higher education institution as a dynamic socio-economic model, the effective functioning of which is ensured by the quality of the implemented educational programs and projects. The authors assume that the integration of education and science into the European space will lead to an increase in the innovation potential and viability of the Ukrainian educational system. Based on the compilation of Ukrainian and foreign experience, educational and scientific activities can create trained and competent specialists of international level. The article describes that consortia can be formed in any field, including science, technology, medicine, business and others. Consortium members usually share costs and resources to solve a problem that is common to all. In addition, a consortium can facilitate the sharing of knowledge and technology among its members, which can lead to more effective solutions and innovation. It is emphasized that the creation of training consortia has a number of advantages, including expanding opportunities for learning and development, consortium members can access a wider range of resources and experts, which can help them improve their knowledge and skills; reducing the cost of training, as consortium members share the cost of training, it can reduce the overall cost for each of them; promoting cooperation and knowledge sharing, training consortia can stimulate cooperation between members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
