Безпечність розрахунків остаточної строми рогівки при виконанні корекції міопії методами ReLEx SMILE та FEMTOLASIK

Abstract

Мета. Порівняння фактичної товщини рогівки після корекції у пацієнтів з міопією середнього та високого ступенів яким виконувалася корекція методом ReLEx SMILE та FEMTO-LASIK із розрахунковими значеннями. The median values of the difference between the calculated and actual corneal thickness (CT) after surgery were 8 [-7; 20] μm and 17 [7; 25] μm, respectively, after FEMTO-LASIK and after ReLEx SMILE (p < 0.05), which was almost 2 times higher. In the ReLEx SMILE group, there were no eyes with a calculated CT greater than the actual one after surgery, while in the FEMTO-LASIK group, there were such eyes. Although the calculated thickness of the ReLEx SMILE correction is always greater by the lenticule step height than with FEMTO-LASIK, after performing FEMTO-LASIK the actual CT may be less than the calculated one, therefore an additional stromal reserve should be left.
