Формування ціннісних орієнтацій у системі вищої освіти

Abstract

Розглянуто питання впливу ціннісних орієнтацій на забезпечення кращого засвоєння майбутніми юристами загальнонаукових, фундаментальних та спеціалізованих знань. Визначено поняття аксіосфери майбутнього юриста. Надано рекомендації щодо використання таких науково- педагогічних підходів у навчанні, які сприятимуть фаховій підготовці юристів. The article deals with the problem of formation of professional values orientations of future lawyers in the process of professional training. It is determined that value orientations influence the level of activity and the quality of professional achievements of the individual; they largely determine the effectiveness of professional activity, characterize the settings and relation of the person to the profession and determine to what extent the creative attitude towards it develops. Professional values "call" for identification with professional tasks and requirements of the legal profession. They also develop individual readiness for achievement and optimal use of their own potential of opportunities. Also defined the concept of the future of the lawyer axioms - these are value orientations, values, installation, focus on legal activities. In the axioms of future lawyers, we included: key values; sociocultural; professional values; personal structure of value orientations. On the basis of theoretical analysis the perspectives of use in the pedagogical process of legal education of axiological, competence and technological methodological approaches are substantiated. At the same time, the axiological approach provides methodological support for the formation of understanding of the importance of human and professional values in future lawyers, the programming of their future legal activity in the professional environment, communicative tolerance, the development of professional value orientations for successful professional activities. Competency approach makes it possible to construct an educational process on the basis of accurate understanding of the final learning effects, operationalized through identified and proven diagnostic tools, which measure not only the amount of recorded in the memory of a set of professional knowledge, but also the availability of professional qualities, the possibility of their actualization and mobilization under time of real professional activity. Technological approach provides certain guarantees of achievement of the goal and allows to rely on certain stages of preparation, their binding, logic and continuity in the system of formation of value orientations of future lawyers.
