Abstract

Анотація. Історія лікарської етики налічує понад три тисячоліття. Предметом конфіденційності є діагноз захворювання, дані про стан здоров'я, прогноз та всі ті відомості, які лікар отримує в результаті обстеження або при вислуховуванні скарг пацієнта. Конфіденційною має бути і немедична інформація про пацієнта або його близьких, яка стала відомою лікарю у процесі виконання ним службових обов'язків. Abstract. The history of medical ethics dates back more than three millennia. The subject of confidentiality is the diagnosis of the disease, data on the state of health, prognosis and all the information that the doctor receives as a result of the examination or when listening to the patient's complaints. Non-medical information about the patient or his relatives, which became known to the doctor in the course of performing his official duties, should also be confidential.
