Abstract
Introduction:In the recent era, the cause of deteriorating health is the lack of protein, fat or carbohydrate intake in their regular diet causing Avitaminosis. Vitamins, even in scanty amounts, have extremely important effects on health, and maintains the skin to prevent dermatological manifestation and the emergence of aesthetic senile deficiencies. Aim:The purpose of our study was to find out the effects of vitamin prophylaxis on the health of the population. Methods and Materials: 35 people who took the course of vitamin-prophylaxis. Among the Vitamins for research, we have chosen Biotin and Panthenol because of their high bioavailability (100%) and the degree of binding of the biotin to the blood plasma proteins (80%). Patients who took part in the study received Biotin 1 tablet (5 mg) once a day for 30 days and panthenol 1 tablet (100 mg) once a day for 50 days. Their examination was carried out prior to the start of vitamin deficiency and 3 months after its beginning.
