Система рейтингового оцінювання показників професійної діяльності тренерів дитячо-юнацького та аматорського футболу

Abstract

Актуальність. У сучасних умовах спортивної підготовки системи рейтингового оцінювання показників широко використовуються у різних сферах професійної діяльності, у тому числі, у підготовці футболістів дитячо-юнацьких та аматорських команд. Мета дослідження – формування та первинна апробація системи рейтингового оцінювання показників професійної діяльності тренерів дитячо-юнацького та аматорського футболу. Матеріал і методи: аналіз та узагальнення даних науково-методичних літературних джерел і мережі «Internet»; педагогічні спостереження; контент-аналіз матеріалів офіційних сайтів освітніх закладів, асоціації аматорського футболу України, дитячо-юнацької футбольної ліги України, анкетне опитування фахівців; педагогічний експеримент констатувальної спрямованості; методи математичної статистики. Результати. Обґрунтовано та розроблено авторську систему рейтингового оцінювання показників тренерів дитячо-юнацького та аматорського футболу. Визначено провідні показники оцінювання професійної діяльності та результати анкетного опитування тренерів дитячо-юнацького та аматорського футболу футбольної школи КП «МФК «Металург» за трьома віковими категоріями: 1) U-7 – U-13; 2) U-14 – U-17; 3) U-19. Introduction. In the modern conditions of sports training, the system of rating evaluation of indicators is widely used in various spheres of professional activity, including in the training of football players of children's and youth teams and amateur teams. The aim of the study is the formation and initial approval of the system of rating evaluation of indicators of the professional activity of coaches of children's and youth football and amateur football. Material and methods: analysis and generalization of data from scientific and methodological literary sources and the "Internet" network; pedagogical observations; content analysis of the materials of the official websites of educational institutions, the amateur football association of Ukraine, the children's and youth football league of Ukraine, questionnaire survey of experts; a pedagogical experiment of ascertainment orientation; methods of mathematical statistics. Results. The author's system of rating evaluation of the indicators of coaches of children's and youth football and amateur football was substantiated and developed. The leading indicators of the evaluation of professional activity and the results of a questionnaire survey of the coaches of children's and youth football and amateur football of the football school communal enterprise «city football club «Metalurg» in three age categories were determined: 1) U-7 - U-13; 2) U-14 – U-17; 3) U-19.
