Особливості змін нервових волокон сітківки та диску зорового нерва у хворих на розсіяний склероз

Abstract

Мета. Виявити особливості змін ДЗН та ТШНВС у хворих на РС за даними ОКТ. 40 patients (80 eyes) with multiple sclerosis (MS) and 20 healthy volunteers (40 eyes) without ophthalmic pathology were examined. In patients with MS revealed a decrease in Average RNFL, mainly in the temporal peripapillary sector (by 24%), a decrease in Rim area by 33.8% and an increase in C/D ratio by 25% compared to normal (p ≤ 0.0001), which indicates on the presence of a neurodegenerative process in the nerve fibers of the retina and optic nerve along with demyelinating.
