Накопичення вітаміну К1 у траві перспективних видів роду Achillea L.

Abstract

Перспективним рослинним джерелом одержання сучасних фітопрепаратів з кровоспинною дією є види роду Achillea L. Цей від активності пов'язаний з накопиченням у сировині філохінону (вітаміну К1). Методом спектрофотометрії за запропонованою методикою встановлено накопичення вітаміну К1 в траві видів роду Achillea L. Заготовлена рослинна сировина, потребує контролю якості за даним показником. By a perspective herbal source for the receipt of the modern herbal preparations with haemostatioc action there are species of Achillea L. genus. This pharmacologial activity is related with accumulation in herbal raw material of phylloquinone (vitamine K1). The spectrophotometric metod of analysis is set for accumulation of vitamin K1 in the spesies of Achillea L. genus.The herbal raw material must be controlled for this index.
