Актуальність удосконалення теоретичних и практичних знань базових керівників з питань методології викладання на післядипломному етапі

Abstract

Мета – обґрунтування необхідності вдосконалення теоретичних і практичних знань базових керівників з питань методології викладання на післядипломному етапі, освоєння і використання сучасних технологій у навчанні лікарів-інтернів. Результати й обговорення. У статті наведено обґрунтування необхідності популяризації теоретичних знань та практичних навичок базових керівників з питань методології викладання, організації самостійної роботи лікарів-інтернів, удосконаленню набуття практичних навичок та вмінь лікарями-інтернами на етапі післядипломної освіти. The aim: rationale for the improvement of theoretical and practical knowledge base managers for the methodology of teaching at postgraduate stage, the development and use of modern technologies in teaching interns.
