Дослідження вмісту дубильних речовин у траві видів роду будяк (Carduus L.)

Abstract

Вступ. Дослідження накопичення дубильних речовин в траві видів роду будяк є актуальним в зв’язку з вираженою гепатопротекторною активністю рослин. Мета. Метою даної роботи є: визначення кількісного вмісту дубильних речовин та суми окислювальних фенолів в траві Carduus nutans L. та Carduus acanthoides L. методом потенціометричного титрування калію перманганатом. Матеріали та методи. Запропоновано методику потенціометричного титрування калію перманганатом в перерахунку на танін. Траву досліджуваних видів роду Carduus L. заготовлено в умовах України за вимогами ДФУ I вид. (дод.2). Використовували пристрій рH-150 МИ з індикаторним платиновим (ЕТП-02) та стандартним хлор-срібним (ЕВЛ-1 М 3.1) електродом. Результати. Вміст дубильних речовин та cуми окислювальних фенолів у траві Carduus nutans L. складав: до 3,55+ 0,29 %; 13,44+ 1,10 % та Carduus acanthoides L.: до 3,11+ 0,27 %; 12,40+ 1,06 %. Introduction. Studying tannin accumulation in the species of Carduus L. genus is of great current interest due to high hepatoprotective activity of the herbs. Aim. There was suggested a method of potentiometric analysis of herbs by potassium manganate (VII) with the conversion of the tannin by using electrometric device pH-150 MI PH meter with a platinum indicator electrode (EТP-02) and a standard chlorine-silver electrode (EVL-1 М 3.1). The herbs of the studied Carduus L. genus species were harvested in Ukrainе in accordance with the requirements of State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine (the 1st edition, amendment 2). Results. The tannins and total oxygenated phenols contents were up to 3,55+0,29 % and 13,44+1,10 % in the herb of Carduus nutans L.; they were up to 3,11+ 0,27 % and 12,40+1,06 % in the herb of Carduus acanthoides L.
