| dc.description.abstract | A simple UV-spectrophotometric method has been and after heating at 80-1002C in a water bath. The developed and validated for the quantification of limits of detection for above-mentioned cases were noopept in bulk substance. The linearity with r2 = found to be 0.14-0.16 mg/ml, while the limits of 0.999 was found at the 258 nm in the range of 0.6 to quantification were 0.42-0.49 mg/ml. The methods 1.8 mg/ml in both 5% glycerin-water (w:v) solutions were validated for linearity, accuracy, precision, with prior dilution of the analyte in 96% ethanol range, ruggedness and robustness. | uk_UK |
