Abstract
A few differences are noticed in terminology and the approach to classification of joints when comparing books from different authors of Europe and India.
Aim of the work: To analyze and compare the differences in general Arthrology, its classification methods, and the terminology used in Indian and European books.
Materials and methods: For the analysis, four books from different authors are used, including Koveshnikov V.G. Human Anatomy, V.G. Cherkasov Human Anatomy, Gray‘s Anatomy 41st edition by Susan Standring, and BD Chaurasia‘s Handbook of General Anatomy.
