Transformational processes in the educational space of Ukraine in the context of globalization challenges of the XXI century

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню актуальних проблем, спричинених трансформаційними процесами в освітньому просторі. Глобалізація розглядається як системний неминучий процес, передумовою для виникнення якого стали нові комунікаційні та інформаційні технології. Висвітлено роль державної освітньої політики, яка проводиться з 2003 р. у напрямку «розширення спектру трансформаційних ефектів європейської інтеграції та глобалізації». У статті зазначається, що процеси трансформації освітнього простору нерівномірні. Висвітлено проблеми, які заважали поширенню новітніх інформаційних технологій. Карантинні обмеження, спричинені SARS-COV-2, розглядаються як наступна глобальна проблема. Пандемія - як визначальний фактор поширення нових інформаційних технологій та прискореної структурної трансформації освітнього простору. Такі суттєві зміни вимагають подальших досліджень освітнього простору (реальної та віртуальної його складових), осмислення освітнього простору як єдиного просторово-часового континууму. In the article is devoted to the study of current problems caused by transformational processes in the educational space. Globalization is presented as a systemic inevitable process, the precondition for the emergence of which were new communication and information technologies. The role of the state educational policy, which has been carried out since 2003 in the direction of «expanding the range of transformational effects of European integration and globalization» is highlighted. The paper notes that the transformation processes of the educational space are uneven. The problems that hindered the spread of the latest information technologies are highlighted. The quarantine restrictions caused by SARS-COV-2 are seen as the next global challenge. Pandemic - as a determinant of the spread of new information technologies and accelerated structural transformation of the educational space. Such significant changes require further research of the educational space (real and virtual components), understanding of the educational space as a single space-time continuum.
