Використання методу радіочастотної нейроабляції при лікуванні больового синдрому у хворих на гонартроз при ендопротезуванні колінного суглоба

Abstract

Робота виконана на базі КНП «Запорізька обласна клінічна лікарня» ЗОР, ТОВ «Клініка Мотор Січ» та Запорізького державного медичного університету протягом 2018-2021 років. Лікування пацієнтів з остеоартритом колінних суглобів є актуальною та невирішеною проблемою сучасної ортопедії, що потребує глибокого та систематичного вивчення. Тотальне ендопротезування колінних суглобів є методом вибору хірургічного лікування гонартрозу на III-IV стадії, коли консервативні методи не дають позитивного ефекту. Заміна суглоба на штучний залишається останньою надією пацієнта на відновлення функціональних можливостей. The work was performed on the basis of CNE "Zaporizhzhia Regional Clinical Hospital", Clinic "Motor Sich" and Zaporizhzhia State Medical University during 2018 - 2021. Treatment of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joints is an important and unresolved problem of modern orthopedics, which requires systematic and thorough investigation. Total knee arthroplasty is the method of choice for surgical treatment of knee osteoarthritis at III-IV stage, when conservative methods do not give a positive effect. Replacement of the joint with an artificial one remains the last hope of the patient to restore previous functionality. Intense pain in the early postoperative period is a complication that can seriously affect the ability to rehabilitate and restore function, and, subsequently, the development of chronic pain will lead to a deterioration in the quality of life of the patient, and today it is one of the common problems that may occur after total joint arthroplasty.
