Визначення оптимальних термінів заготівлі чорнобривців прямостоячих (Tagetes erecta L.)

Abstract

У роботі досліджено динаміку накопичення основних біологічно активних речовин у суцвіттях чорнобривців прямостоячих (Tagetes erecta plena L. var. «Hawaji»). Максимальні концентрації каротиноїдів (до 162,50±16,30 мг%) та флавоноїдів (до 5,62±0,29%) накопичуються у фазу активного цвітіння. Оптимальним терміном збирання рослинної сировини є період з липня по вересень.

The dynamics of accumulation of basic biologically active substances in inflorescences of Marigolds (Tagetes erecta plena L. var. «Hawaji») is studied in this work. The maximum concentrations of carotenoids (up to 162,50±16,30 mg%) and flavonoids (up to 5.62±0.29%) accumulate during the active flowering phase. The optimum period for the harvesting of plant raw materials is the period from July to September.
